ABOUT US
Founded in 2013 by Occupational Therapist, Sam Gately, Smooth Starts Plus provides specialised support, embedding stability and confidence in children and families who are otherwise at risk of isolation and exclusion.
The organisation is based at Amelia Trust Farm, Vale of Glamorgan, and services are delivered by a skilled community support team.
